Welcome to the website of the Fulton County Department of Behavioral Health & Developmental Disabilities.    

I am pleased to announce some exciting news that I hope will improve your customer experience, and enable you to access care more easily.   As part of a new initiative to better serve our consumers, we will begin the process of using new providers at various behavioral health locations.   For our adult population, River Edge Behavioral Healthcare Center (www.river-edge.org) will take the reins on January 1, 2018.  

Chris 180 (www.chris180.org) in partnership with Odyssey Counseling (www.odysseycounseling.org)  and Summit Behavioral Healthcare will provide services to children, youth and emerging adults.   The list below highlights new locations and the timeline for these services to begin.   This information also is available on our website – www.livebetterfulton.org.   We are confident that you will receive an enhanced customer experience, and all of us look forward to serving you.

 Child & Adolescent Services Locations – Effective January 1, 2018

  • Fulton County Clubhouse for Youth, 1480 DeLowe Drive, Atlanta, GA 30311
  • Adamsville Regional Health Center, 3700 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, SW, Atlanta, GA 30331.   T: (404) 613-4215. *PLEASE NOTE: This facility will provide services for Emerging Adults (ages 18 – 24)
