The CoC Board approved the submission of the application and projects on October 17, 2022. The deadline to submit the application to HUD is on October 20, 2022.

The Fulton County Department of Community Development, Homeless Division (DCD), as the collaborative applicant for the GA-502 Fulton County Continuum of Care (COC) has released the FY2022 Supplemental Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) project applications.
The US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) released the FY2022 COC Supplemental NOFO on June 22, 2022. Through this funding, proposed projects must meet priorities set by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. Those priorities include unsheltered homelessness, involving a broad array of stakeholders in the COC’s efforts to reduce homelessness (partnering with housing, health, and service agencies), advancing equity, and using the housing first approach.
All application components for the FY2022 Supplemental NOFO are due by Monday, September 19, 2022, at 5:00 p.m.

The Fulton County Department of Community Development will also be recruiting volunteers to join a Lived Experience Panel that will provide Fulton County with insight and feedback on meeting the needs of the homeless. In addition, the panel will assist with the reviewing of the County’s application. The Fulton County Homeless Division Assessment Centers service Fulton County citizens who reside in Fulton County outside of the City of Atlanta.
WHO WE ARE
The Fulton County Homeless Assessment Centers serve as the coordinated entry access points for North and South Fulton County residents experiencing homelessness.
WHAT WE DO
Coordinated entry is the process through which people experiencing homelessness in the North and South Fulton County can access housing assessments, emergency shelter placement, be referred to diversion and homeless prevention services and be linked to long-term housing resources.

Nonprofit Partnership Application - Phase II
The Fulton County Department of Community Development, Homeless Division (DCD) and Fulton County GA 502 Continuum of Care (CoC) is seeking partnership with a nonprofit that will serve as the lead agency of Phase II of its county-wide homeless Coordinated Entry (CE) program.
The lead agency will work with Fulton County and the CoC to enhance the operations of the County’s CE work to include the sustainment and expansion of community collaborations with affordable housing providers, municipalities, and nonprofits.
Beginning May 18, 2021, completed applications may be submitted. Applicants may complete applications until June 15, 2021, at 11:59 p.m.
